You will learn the ways and customs of the past - how to prepare a duck. You will prepare the duck and create the specialities of the region yourself, AND take home all that you have made to share with friends and family.

Also, you could choose to spend some time discovering the secrets of Gascony - the Chateaux, the Abbey, following the Armagnac trail ... the choices are myriad, and yours.
